Return Policy

At SuperCan Wholesale, we stand behind the quality and consistency of our products. Every chew and treat is carefully inspected before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our high standards.

Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – Claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please provide photos and order details so we can evaluate and process a replacement or credit.
Incorrect Shipments – If you receive the wrong items, notify us within 5 business days. We will arrange the return of the incorrect products and ship the correct items promptly.
Non-Returnable Items – For safety and hygiene reasons, opened cases, partial boxes, or products not in their original condition cannot be returned.
Return Authorization – All returns must be pre-approved by our team and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
